How can I change the audio driver/audio output device in Windows 10?

Hi all, I recently updated my laptop to Windows 10 from Windows 8, and I have some weird audio driver on it now. It was Realtek but it's changed to Conexant SmartAudio HD. Is there a way to change this back? Conexant sounds horrible to me and I really need Realtek because I use this laptop for music production and I can't hear anything well with Conexant. It has a really muffled sound, similar to dollar store ear buds. The laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad 300 if that matters. Thanks for any help!

They are not same thing, check with laptop's manufacturer which CODEC chip you have.
