5820k vs 6700k

So I'm trying to figure out how much faster in Sony Vegas is the 5820k than the 6700k and is it really worth it because I will honestly be gaming and Sony Vegas rendering which isn't any harsh rendering like AE and stuff like that.

My question is basically how much time would the 5820k save me on a 30 minute video lets say?

It's difficult to say for sure, as there are so many variables. My knowledge of Sony Vegas, admittedly, is pretty limited.

Do you already have the i7-6700K? If so, you're not going to save enough time to warrant the minimum $500 investment (CPU + Mobo), unless you're rendering very frequently.

I have everything but the CPU and MOBO, Only going to render at 1080p and 60fps, Light editing basically youtube videos.

Some basic math:

The i7 6700K is about 10% faster per clock and 20% higher clocked, giving its cores a ~33% performance advantage, while the 5820K has 50% more cores. My guess is that the difference will be minimal unless you're overclocking, in which case a ~4.5ghz 5820K will stack up better against a ~4.6-4.7ghz 6700K due to closing the clockspeed gap. However, to get that sort of OC, you'll need to spend a lot more on cooling for the 5820k.

Yes, i will OC
I'll be using a x61 kraken and I'm guessing to get the 5820k to 4.5ghz I'd prlly need to raise my volts but 6700k I'd be fine at 4.6ghz without raising it more then a .1

I'd hazard a guess that the 6700K makes the most sense, but if you haven't purchased the CPU + board yet, hopefully you'll get some more opinions before making the call.

its only a 10 dollar difference so it a pain in the ass bcuz i want to finish the build already lol.
But the mobo different is 40-100 difference bcuz I am a Asus type of guy and I'm aiming towards the STRIX
