So my brother is going to be upgrading his current build by building a new PC from scratch. His current build has lasted him for ~6 years and i think expects this next setup to do the same. Here is a list of his current parts that he has chosen and I just wanted to get some feedback for his build to see what everyone thinks. His main goals are to keep his build as quiet as possible while keeping costs as low as possible and to make sure it lasts several years.
