Upgrade suggestions would be nice

Basically my setup right now is

CPU: i3-3220
Mobo: Asrock pro 3 (I think - not sure)
GPU: R 7870
PSU: Seasonic X650
Mem: 8GB DDR3
Storage: 240GB SSD, 2TB HDD


I figure I can get about another year from the 7870, So I'm just looking to upgrade my CPU - which probably means a new Mobo and Ram.

Looking to spend about $400 on a new CPU, Mobo, Ram and trying to find the best bang for my buck.

wait for the newer kurby lake cpu and 200 ser mb to drop latter on this year. then look at a locked i5 and 8g of ddr4 ram and a h200/h270 mb.
