Can't install Nvidia Display Drivers, Monitor goes into No signal

Monitor goes into no signal as soon as it installs the drivers for display, I can boot up in safe mode but other than that, nothing. I tried contacting all kinds of support sites like Nvidia and Microsoft but none of them would help.

I literally just changed the power supply and I realized at some point that it was my display drivers that were stopping me from seeing a signal on my screen.

I can see the start of the pc and get to the bios but as soon as Windows loads it says no signal on my monitor

What is your full system spec? is this a new build or new upgrade? which os? monitor model? psu model?
