Changed ammount of proccesors, now cant boot up PC

So, i was in msconfig and changed my number of proccessors from 1 to 4, then had to restart my pc to apply the changes. Because of this i cant get my PC to boot up. I have tried everything and it has come down to me having to use the console, however i do not know the commands to change the amount of proccesors. Any help would be appriciated and please dont recomend any other fixes for this unless you dont know the command.

use windows disk, recovery and revert to a previous state.
