Computer Running extremely slow!

So i recently did i clean install to Windows 10 64-bit Before that i had windows 10 32-bit, So once i installed it, it ran smoothly for about a day then the next day i booted it up and was looking up some stuff and it was seriously lagging with just a few tabs open 4-5, so i closed all but one and tried playing some roblox and i was listening to some music while playing and my game got really laggy even at the lowest possible graphics setting so i closed my browser and the lag cleared up a little bit, but was still super laggy, so the the next day i tried playing some world of warships and couldent even get into a round before it froze. Please help not sure what to do from here, Im thinking about just downgrading to 32-bit but really dont want to since alot of games now require 64-bit to run



Cpu: Intel core i5-2500 @ 3.30 Ghz
GPU: Ninvidia GeForce GTX 460 v2
Ram: two four GB sticks
Motherboard: P8H67-V

Did you install new, 64 bit drivers ? If you go back to 32bit windows you won't be able to use more than 3.5GB of RAM.
