Extremely low FPS in GTA San Andreas on a modern laptop.

In GTASA i get about 20-40 fps on the lowest settings and resolution. Ive set the power mode to high peformance, made sure its using my dedicated gpu, updated my drivers and reinstalled the game many times. My specs are: Intel Core i5 5200U @2.2GHz, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 and NVidia Geforce 930M. I can run GTAV at 40+ fps on medium-high settings 768p and CSGO at 100+fps. I've tried running the game using my integrated graphics, still the same fps.

Thats around the best you can do with that laptop,the 930 is really not cut out for it

But i can run GTA V on medium-high settings at 40-60fps.
