So, I started having this issue yesterday and I don't know what to do. Like right after the windows 10 loading screen, this permanent black screen appears and refuses to go away. Restarting my PC somehow fixes the issue but temporarily.

Can you please check and confirm if the issue persists when you Boot Windows in Safe Mode?
You can also check if the graphics card driver was upgraded or any Windows update was installed after which the issue started? If any driver upgrade or Windows update took place, uninstalling the latest ones would be helpful.
If that doesn't help, you can Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command and let Windows detect and automatically fix any issues in the system files.
