how to fix windows 10 background automatically changes to solid color

whenever i try to change my desktop background,it always changes to solid color automatically.i am unable to fix it.plz help me do so.

go to settings/accounts/sync your settings
Turn off sync theme

is windows 10 activated?

Try this first bro, go to Control Panel --> Ease of access --> Ease of access center --> Make the computer easy to see --> at the end of the page "Make things on the screen easier to see" and unmark the "Remove background images (where available)".

yes window is activated.but by syncing account it doesnt work
