My system needs repairing windowstrustedrtproxy.sys is missing out corrupt

Came home from work today and now getting a blue screen saying this driver is missing or corrupt please help.
I have used my old hdd to look at the driver and its definitely there and not modified since I installed Windows 10 a few months ago.

Did you update any driver recently?.Try restoring your system to a earlier time using system restore.

I have not updated any drivers and i cannot even get into windows with safe mode or anything so how do I do a system restore? Thanks

Does the repair windows option work for you??.Try inserting a windows dvd and try booting up from there and repairing the system.
