Need help choosing monitor.

I need help choosing a good 1080p monitor to be paired with a gtx 1070. I would like a 144hz refresh rate and a good response time. I would like for it to have decent image quality and it has to be at least 24 inches.

I like G-Sync, but it is expensive for what you get. It is really too bad that it costs so much extra to get a monitor with it and that it only works with NVIDIA cards.

That is why I listed monitors without it and with it.
