black screen delay when alt+tab in any game . PLEASE HELP :(

hello guys i'm having a terrible issue , everytime i run any kind of game i'm facing a black screen delay for about 2-4 seconds then the game starts , also i'm getting the same black screen delay whenever i click alt+tab so i can switch from game to desktop , i just don't know what is the cause of this issue at all
things i've tried to do :
1) flashing the latest bios
2) reinstalling graphics software
3) reinstalling the game itself
4) and finally installing a fresh clean copy of windows 10

and yet still no improvement at all , i've compared it to my freind's pc and his pc responded very quickly when i click alt+tab in any kind of game on his pc the pc responds quickly and switches the windows to desktop. knowing that he has a lower specs than my pc specs

amd r9 290x 4gb
intel i5 4690k
g.skill (2x4gb) 8gb 1866 mhz
gigabyte z97x gaming 7
WD 1tb 7200rpm
samsung evo 850 250gb SSD

Did you change your game video settings to borderless? That happens when the game is set to full screen

of course its set to full , i can't give up on full screen mode because i want to play at 60hz , btw my friend's pc was also at full screen mode and did respond quickly !!

You need to set it to borderless in game so switching will be much faster
