Hey guys i just wanted your opinion on this build. I have a hard budget of $1000. Let me know what you guys think. I know i have another thread going on but i want to see how much i can tweak both builds in order to suit my budget and needs.

The cheaper the final price is, the better.

Thanks.

What is the build to be used for? Looks like a gaming rig, but are there other intended uses?

Haswell is a pretty poor investment, when Skylake can be had for very similar money.
Poor PSU choice, unfortunately. But in Canada, a quality PSU will cost. A 430W SeaSonic is a quality PSU, sufficient your build, and is only marginally more.

You also don't have any form of storage drive included?

This would be a better use of funds IMO:

Adds a CPU cooler (as Skylake K CPUs don't come with a stock option), and lacks the storage - consistent with your build.

Newer platform, upgrade path, OCing potential, quality PSU... etc etc. And a little less cost.
