I've gotten a BSOD. The exception that was thrown is in the title and it points to tcpip.sys. My Network card is up to date, SFC and chkdsk show no integrity violations, and my startup repair doesn't fix it. I also tried MemTest86+ to see if my RAM was faulty, and 12 passes showed no errors. What could the cause be? here's the MiniDump.

Windows version: Windows 10 , 10.0, build: 10586
Hardware: XPS 8700, Dell Inc., 0KWVT8
CPU: Intel i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 16GB Kingston RAM
HDD: Western Digital Black 4TB
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SuperClocked

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advanced! :D

Solution
A driver conflict can cause any number of different errors similar to your. I would start by updating all my motherboard drivers and see if you still get the error.

There were some drivers that i had to update, and for some reason the device manager wasn't catching them. I was able to get them through the SupportAssist tool that came factory installed though
