Platypus game lagging on windows 10

So,I've got the game called platypus on my computer that is windows xp,it was working perfectly.But then,on my second computer,It was running at,probably 1 fps.

I've already tried that.I was trying to do anything I can in the propertys menu.Nope,does not work.

seems it was hard enough to get it working on 8.1: https://steamcommunity.com/app/307340/discussions/0/611701360820291352/ and got no support back then.

Seems they still sell it on steam.

I know but it not working on 8.1 and not getting support then isn't going to change a few years later. Game is 15 or so years old. its very likely it has no idea what GPU you have and is running from the CPU only, hence the frame rate. That tends to happen in old games.

Whatever,I found a way to play it as if it was on psp.Not really what I wanted,but ok.Also,my neighbor will help me.Forget about this if you want to.
