Windows recognizes HDMI as DVI, low resolution no sound.

For some time I'm heaving problem with hdmi monitor. I have 2 monitors for dual screen one of them works fine that one is connected with VGA other one with HDMI, but it does not recognizes as HDMI but as DVI also can't go more than 1024 x 768. Model is BenQ SE2241b.But there is another thing, when i tried to fix this first time i connected my pc to my TV and it works fine and when i reconnected to my BenQ SE2241b i could again go more than 1024 x 768, back to 1920x1080 and then i restarted pc and it was messed up again. HEEEELP !!!!!!

my graphic card is Nvidia gforce 210

what resolution is the vga monitor running at?

are you running in clone or extend mode?

Extend mode, and VGA is on 1360 x 768, this problem with hdmi resolution did not start first time i used 2 monitors it started much later and still I can't fix this.
