No monitor display

Went out and bought a brand new motherboard, new CPU, new psu but the tv is not detecting a signal from the monitor. Just says no signal or signal cannot be displayed, I had the ram, hard drive, and all the other basic components checked for surge damage, but still no picture. Any ideas?

Have you tried all outputs? What is the system spec?

So I went out and got a new ram chip, it seems all 4 of my old ones are also bad (cool) but now it boots up and says "reboot and select proper boot device" what does that mean?
