First time OC'ing. How did I do?

Hi all. I would just like to know if everything is good for a 24/7 overclock. I have done a stress test using RealTemp and Prime95. This is my first time ever overclocking. It's not a massive overclock, but I daren't go any further. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

What does your task manager say for the CPU frequency you're running while stress testing? The screen shots look like it's under clocked.

On which frequency did you oc? Which settings did you alter?

I just realised that, when my CPU usage goes down, so does my clock speed. Why would that be?

When I OC'd, I disabled boost and started changing the multiplier 1 at a time. The baseclock is 100.

If the CPU isn't used, it can clock down itself to save power.

Alright, thanks. One more thing; in the first screenshot, I've only just realised that it showed my CPU to be at 2000MHz. Now, it's back up to 4200MHz. Is that for the same reason?
