Realtek HD, managing two outputs

Hello!
I don't know how to manage my audio outputs. I have the headphones connected in the same time with the speakers. The problem is, they're unmanageable.
When both connected, the headphones are the single ones which work.
My audio manager is Realtek HD. How should I choose which output to play sound and which not?

in HD audio manager, go to options
under playback device, choose Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously

it seems to default to muting rear input if front headphone is plugged in
