Asus Strix RX 480 Software

So i recently purchased the Asus Strix RX 480 . It runs great no issues at 66C Load very quiet. Anwyays i see it only hitting 1310MHZ. But it's supposed to boost up to 1330MHZ? I heard i need to download something to get the extra boost? Any help would be great! Thanks
