Second time building a computer gentlemen! i already have a 980gtx GPU that i will be using from my old computer... I want to build a tower with a budget of 1500$ anything cheaper would be awesome but yeah ill spend 1500$ if i have too.

I dont need Monitors / peripheral's i have them already. Just need a Case, PSU / PSU / Cooling System / Ram / Mobo.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

the purpose of this computer is for gaming, but i would really like to be able to run a single pc setup for streaming games, especially CS GO! (300+ FPS with high quality stream).

thanks again.

Here is what i have been suggested thus far, but i wont be buying the GPU because i have one already, and i feel like the PSU is very low in power.

Don't get anything but EVGA when shopping for nvidia GPU. they simply offer best support/warranty while performance is the same across all pascal cards.
