Looking to Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Solution
A clean install is recommended for many different reasons. If you are happy with the state of your Windows 7 system then you can do an upgrade and we can assist you with the procedure.
Says right there:
Windows 10 OEM is a full version of the operating system not an upgrade. The OEM operating system is not supported by Microsoft. To acquire Windows software with support provided by Microsoft please see our full package "Retail" product.

Windows 7 OEM or Home will automatically upgrade to Windows 10 Home... so which is your Windows 7 edition?

To upgrade your Windows 7 to Windows 10, read the instructions here and download the Upgrade Installer from the link "find the download tool here".
Be sure to select the right Windows 10 edition and install options to keep everything you want. After the upgrade installation, you can buy the Activation key from here:

I have Win7 Home Premium.
The quote you posted above seems to say I can only do a clean install with it. "Not an Upgrade"
Your statement below that seems to say I can do an upgrade.

Oh. So it is not like the previous Win7 Home Premium OEM that allowed for either?

Read during the Windows 10 free Upgrade period (before July 29th), that Windows 7 or 8/8.1 OEM would upgrade to Windows 10 Home... not to OEM... and that would not be exclusively reserved for Windows update but for any upgrade installation.

Windows OEM is meant to be used in prebuilt retail computers, that's why the quote says "Not for Upgrade"... which in my opinion should say "not meant for upgrade" since it may be possible to upgrade OEM to OEM but activation would be a problem... OEM editions also can easily get deactivated when you make hardware changes in your computer and reactivating them isn't much fun. So why would you want to go through the hassle just to save what.. $20.00(?), and considering that retail Windows 10 editions should automatically activate under the same circumstances.
