Looking for a new Display (Gaming)

Hey guys, i'm looking for a new display for my system, i have a pretty mid-range pc as it stands, but will be upgrading soon enough. My GPU is a R9 270x, so i can run most games at 1080p at 60+ fps, however i'm willing to downscale resolution to run at 120hz or even 144hz. I would prefer a cheap monitor as i'm not to fussy about image quality. Does anyone know of a monitor that will suit me?

Side notes -

I'm from the UK so some products won't be available.
The games i play are CS:GO and World of Warcraft. (Mostly)
