Keyboard not working on windows 10?

I recently got a Falcon Z-77 Keyboard from my friend. We were using it at his house for a little while and i went home and it worked for 2 minutes before something happened. Everytime i plug it in now i get a Power Surge on my USB port. It also sucks ALL of the power out of my USB hub, which has a separate power supply and still doesnt work. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this?
