700 gb missing from my 1tb hard drive , Disk management shows all of it as allocated , pictures included

So i just bought this laptop and installed windows 10 on it's SSD , it also has a 1TB HDD

but in my computer , it shows it only has 200gb , but when i opened disk management , all of the 930gb were allocated and non of it was unallocated !!! what should i do ?

Some harddrives can be read as sections even if it's only one harddrive, a friend of mine had this issue but he had 1tb harddrive showing up as 3 300gb-300gb-300gb. This might be the case but how to fix it I actually have no clue.

May be limits with the FAT32 filesystem. Reformat with NTFS instead.

how can i format it ?

i tried to use right clicking on the HDD icon and format by that but it says i have a running software on that drive , even when i deleted everything on that drive and restarted my computer
