Ok, going to have to me more specific in this case as there are compromises within 700 dollars AUS, It's an if/if.

Do you want 1440p or up to 4K resolution, or is higher refresh rate (144Hz) more important to you?

What about this one: AOC AGON AG271QX
And this one: BenQ XL2720

The BenQ XL2720T not so much imo. Also, low PPI at 27' inch 1080p.

The AOC Agon AG271QX seems quite great though. 1440p@144Hz and looks decently built.
