Budget 22 inch 1080p monitor

Hello! I am looking to buy a new IPS monitor. I will mostly use it on ps4 but a decent scaler is welcome as I have a ps3 (720p most of the times) too, but I would sacrifice it over a better overall quality. I am gonna use it as a second screen for programming but it won't really affect my purchase. Thin bezel is desirable too.

I am thinking of:
- AOC i2269vwm
- Hp 22es (T3M70AA)
- Acer R221HQBMID

Which one of those do you suggest? Any better suggestions?
