Moving Windows 10 Retail version onto new PC

So i have just ordered new PC parts (To be precise only the Motherboard, Ram, PSU, Graphics Card. I'm reusing my old HDD and Processor). And i wanted to know if before formatting my Hard Drive i could somehow save my Windows 10 (Confirmed Retail) to a Flash Drive.

Easiest way is download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB, and then you know you have latest version right away.

With all new hardware, you may or may not need a full reinstall. Saving that current install to a flash drive(which you can't) does not change that.
