screen goes black and then goes back to the log in menu

so sometimes my screen just goes black and then turns back on but it makes me log in again. a windows sound also happens in the background well its black. i recently got a new graphics card and installed it my self. all the cables are plugged in correctly i already checked

It is your display driver failing most likely.

You can try using DDU to uninstall the drivers, then reinstall the latest drivers for your GPU.

If that doesn't solve it, which it probably won't - it is your PSU.

Your Power Supply isn't up to the task of powering your new Graphics card, so the GPU gets starved of power and causes your PC to crash.

Upgrade your PSU.
