1080p 144hz g-sync or 1440p ips 60hz no g-sync ?

Hi i have set my mind on these 2 monitor :Asus PB278QR and Acer Predator XB241H . I have budget around 500e so if u guys know any cheaper but kinda the same please let me know.

If you are interested in gaming, 144Hz and G_sync all day any day. ALso, 1080p is easier to drive and you don;t need a gtx 1070 or better to drive it. Btw., if asking such questions, you should always say what GPU you own.
The AOC G2460PG is an excellent choice below your budgetr.

I have a i7-4770k and gigabyte g1 1070 rig so i was thinking about 1440p , which one do you think will bring in good gaming graphics preformance ? .

Either tha AOC i mentioned or a Dell S2716DG, if you can afford it. G-Sync is a must.

Definitely worth it. It's the same panel as the Asus PG279Q mentioned above. How much does taht cost there?
