color stain on dell laptop screen

Hello!

Not long after i bought my laptop this stain appeared. It is not always the same and not in the same position in my screen. In that area you can see clearly but it's that color that disturbs me. In the beggining it was only purple color but at this moment it looks like a rainbow. Unfortunately i dont have a warranty for this laptop. My laptop is dell 7000 series. I have uploaded a screenshot to show the exact problem. I would very much appreciate if someone helped me.
