I'm currently building my first gaming specific PC and am trying to do a pretty elaborate setup.

I'm pretty sure what I'm planning is possible but i haven't found anything to actually confirm it, would love some extra input !

the set up is gonna be

GPU - Dual NVIDIA GeForce 1070 GTX, built by ASUS, ROG version
Includes 2x HDMI v2.0 & 2x DP v1.4

CPU - intel i7 - 6850k, 6 cores (12 total), 3.6 GHz, Supports 40 PCI lanes

I'm hoping to run 3x ACER Predator x34's and 2x AOC 12757fh
at a minimum I'm going to run 2x x34's but what I'm really trying to find out right now is if my GPUs will be able to handle that load or if I'll need to buy a 3rd

ACER x34's - 34" UQHD, with NVIDIA G-SYNC
AOC 12757fh - 27" 1080p (will be using to stream youtube or netflix etc while using the x34's to game etc.)

Thanks again for any help!

the amount of monitors that are not for gaming is not important.
If I understand correctly you want to use 5 monitors in total.
Technically, it is possible to connect all of them.
Practically, single GTX 1070 is capable of handling only one 34" 3440x1440 for gaming with high settings and decent FPS.
Going 3 such monitors for gaming ... well ... there is no single GPU out there that can do it with decent FPS at high settings.
gaming on 2 monitors is very inconvenient due to the bezel in the middle.
So i'd suggest to focus on one 34" monitor for gaming and whatever you want for other staff.
BTW, Acer predator has too many quality issues for an over 1000$ monitor.

well the final specs I'm planning are

CPU - intel i7 - 6850k, 6 physical cores @ 3.6GHz Reg
cooled by either Corsair H115i liquid cpu cooler
MOBO - ASUS RAMPAGE V Edition 10 2011-v3, intel X99
GPU - 2x ASUS ROG NVIDIA GeForce 1070 GTX 8gb
PSU - MasterWatt Maker 1200 Digital Power Supply All-Aluminum 80PLUS Titanium
RAM - G.Skill TridentZ 8 x 8gb 288-Pin DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600)
Storage - ((8 x 4tb Seagate Hybrid HDD + 2 x Samsung 850 EVO 4tb SSD) run in raid 5 or 6) + 1 Samsung 960 PRO M.2 2tb PCIe 3.0 x4
Displays - 2-3x ACER Predator x34's (WQHD, DP 1.4) + 2x AOC 12757fh's (1080p, HDMI)

as for aesthetics I'm planning a windowed EATX case but still haven't decided which one yet, and am going to use the NZXT hue+ lighting system, with a corsair k95 board, and ROG spatha mouse, and ASUS 7.1 headset
