UEFI BIOS Problems

please help me solve my problem, when I hit F2 it takes me to that page (the gyazo) and then after a few seconds it cuts off.

what Asus motherboard do you have? Probably a good idea to check web site for motherboard and download latest bios, might need to flash it.

is this a laptop or desktop?

I have an Asus H81M-E on my desktop, will I be able to update Bios by just plugging in a flash drive?

Did you look at other two links? Bottom one implies its your usb cable connections on motherboard (running between motherboard and front panel). One thought - though it may not help - is unattach all USB devices before you boot and see if error repeats

Do you think if i were to get a different motherboard the problem would fix because both of these things would not work for me and i'm looking for a fast solution?

A new motherboard would fix it, I am sure. I was just trying to solve it a less expensive way. The error message is coming from your bios but I don't know what causes it.
