Desktop not working or desktop display problem after logging in in windows 10

Hey guys i have a problem with my windows 10 pro well after i loged in in my account the desktop keeps on restarting. I explain you what is happening after typeing the password welcome screen shows up and then my desktop open and then sometimes it shows black screen and sometimes it shows desktop and this thing keeps on happening again and again and i can't open anything except task manager by pressing alt+ctrl+del. Sorry for my bad English

so seen no buddy had answer me so i did it on my own i just do a fresh install windows so now its fix
