BSOD constant crashes even when trying to fresh install

I started to get alot of BSOD crashes (Different codes each time) so i decided to do a fresh install of Windows 10 hoping it would fix my issue. When going through the installation after updating my bios and wiping my ssd the system crashes while trying to install the os everytime.

I7 6700k no OC
Asus z170 mobo
gtx 970
Corsair rm650 power supply

Try doing it without the graphics card first.
Then do it removing 1 stick of RAM at a time if the above fails.
Narrow down what may be causing the issue in the hardware department.
