Dell S2716DG Green Lines/Haze?

I have a Dell S2716DG monitor and I've noticed a green fog/haze appearing on some images, particularly light colored scenes in videos. I am trying to determine whether it is a monitor or graphics card issue. Tried reinstalling the nvidia driver and it is still there. Don't have another monitor to test though. See the following pics:

I think it might be a panel issue, i've read and hear many complaints about the colors of that model. but it wouldn't hurt to try another monitor.
