Hey guys I'm a noob to building a pc. I want to upgrade my power supply so I can upgrade my graphics card, but I'm not sure if these parts are compatible. If you could take a look and maybe give some tips on upgrading I'd really appreciate it.

According to a program I used called CPU-Z, these are my pc specs.

Processor: AMD Athlon II x4 635 2.90 GHz
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB DDR3

Motherboard Specs:
Manufacturer: Foxconn
Model: 2AB1 / 1.00
Chipset: AMD / 785G / Rev. 00
Southbridge: AMD / SB700 / Rev. 00
LPCIO: ITE / IT8721

Bios
Brand: American Megatrends Inc.
Version: 6.02
Date: 07/21/2010

Graphic Interface
Version: PCI-Express
Link Width: x8 / Max. Supported: x8

If you need any more info let me know and once again I'd appreciate any advice!
