Newly built PC but no display on the monitor

My build is
Mobo: MSI z170a m5 gaming series
Graphics is gtx 1070
Ram is vengeance lpx 16 GB
CPU is i5 6600k
So I build it and my monitor is not displaying anything . I tried reseating the rams but still doesn't work. I took everything apart and build again but it still doesn't work...
Any solutions?
Fans are spinning and lights are on.

At first use the integrated graphics ports, enter the bios and set the GPU to initialize first to PEG, PCIE, or add-in card (whatever the bios calls your gpu)
