Help my pc won't bypass the screen the pc was turned off incorrectly while doing a windows 10 installation and it gives me the the option to click and reset the pc and update but every time I do so It just pops up the same screen please help !

Is there anything on hdd you want to rescue?

If not, try running http://www.dban.org/ on drive and wipe it and restart install
