I need a low power graphics card that requires no additional power (75W). Should i get a RX 460 now or wait for GTX 1050/Ti? I'm not looking to spend over $120 USD, so if the GTX 1050/Ti releases for over $120, I won't buy it. I play Overwatch, League of Legends, Dead by Daylight, DOOM, CSGO and other games at 1080p 60Hz.

Current Specs:
Compaq 8200 Elite
Intel Core i5-2500 3.30 GHz
8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
EVGA GeForce GT 630 2GB
Samsung 840 EVO 256GB SSD
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
DVD-RW
Stock 320W Power Supply

The thing is, the 1050 should be comparable to the RX 470 as nVidia has no card at that price point. The 1060 3gb is competition to the 480 4gb. You can wait for the 1050, but odds are it will be priced against the 470, not the 460.

As for a 1050ti, nVidia has not rumored or even hinted at any "ti" cards. In fact the only "ti" last gen was the 980ti.

I've seen a report that the 1050 should be out soon, Oct 20th was the date i read. The rumor about the 1050ti, 1050 and 1050se are from a chinese source. You can decide if that is reliable, but I tend to stick with what nVidia or AMD says about launches. You have nothing to lose by waiting a few more days, so we will see if the rumors has any basis in fact.

I'm very skeptical because there were "rumors" about a 960ti, but nVidia never said anything about it and it never materialized. nvidia has said there will be a 1050, but I haven't seen anything but rumor about the other cards.

You should wait two more weeks- GTX1050 is expected Oct 26 or 28. From the leaked performance data, I would expect PCI-e powered GTX1050 to offer the same or slightly better performance than 6pin powered RX460, and 75W GTX1050 should be faster than 75W RX460.

This is what I've seen. If the ti is released it should be @ $149, I'd expect the 1050 to be in the $120 range. That will depend on the AIO partners as they'll probably have SC, FTW, Armor2, Gaming X versions etc that'll jack prices.
