Warning +3.3v/ crashing

Hello so I'm having some major problems only started about 2 days ago no hard ware or software changes, I keep getting a warning from ASUS Ai suite 2 +3.3v my soundcard is separate card I can here a popping sound like every 15 min, if I try playing a dvd firstly it takes awhile to load then 5 min in the sound stops the film comes to a halt then I end up having to restart my pc.

I hope someone can help I feel my head is going to pop the only thing I can think of is my dvd drive is dying the sound card is dyeing or my power supply is

UPDATE

I have removed the sound card because the sound stopped altogether the voltage has stopped popping up, can some one explain why this happened ? but not all is fixed I had a random restart no blue screen of death.

if asus is warning you about the 3.3v then that comes from the power supply.
