Can i reuse windows 8 (purchased @ microsoft.com and upgraded to 10) on a new built pc?

So i purchased windows 8 retail through the microsoft website back in 2012 and installed it on my Dell Desktop computer. Then i upgraded to windows 8.1, then to windows 10 for free (which is my current OS). I plan on building a new computer next week. My question is can i reuse the product key which is now installed on my current dell desktop on my new built computer? The computers have different chipsets and most recent windows 10 update was the "cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3194798) installed on 10/11/16" if i CAN REUSE the old windows 8 product key, how do i deactivate it on my dell desktop and wouldi have to do anything else to make it work on the new built computer? Please help and thank you.

Your 8 is no longer valid , because you upgraded to 10 AND IT IS ONLY GOOD FOR 1 COMPUTER , so you need a new license.
