If i decide to install windows 10 home with the media creation tool and then buy a Windows 10 pro key on Kinguin or G2A or something, will it work? Will the windows version simply change or Windows tell me that the versions do not match and reject the key? Answers are highly appreciated. (i have already ordered my computer parts :p)

Solution
Media and key must match.

Be warned those sites have ripped many people off. They are not valid Microsoft resellers and have been known to sell bad keys that end up being invalidated.
Yup they have to match. Always buy from reputable sites. Those you listed aren't reputable. I suggest either Microsoft or Newegg.

Version must match , you can use win 10 unregistered with very few restrictions at the moment.
A little nag & an inability to change desktop wallpaper or to create more than one ms user account.
How long that will last is a mystery though.
Entirely up to Microsoft's discretion, they could easily disable it if they wanted to.
