Ehhh, it comes down to preference. I feel that 27inch in too short for 4K. I prefer 30 or 32 inch instead like most quality 4K monitors are.

Depends. If you are right up on top of the monitor, like at a cheap pc desk, then the 24" is better, If you are sat back further, 3-4Ft or better then the 27" is better. 5-6Ft or better, then go Big, 35" or better
