Intel i7 4702MQ CPU 2,20 GHz

Hello everyone. I have some serious problem. All the time my procesor clock rate are at 0,77GHz. Whatever i doing if launching Photshop or game still 0,77GHz. Games are unplayable and system works slow. It happens out of nowhere, 2 years everything working ok but now i couldn't use my laptop properly. Please by patient and help me to slove this problem.

Where can i check if power saving mode is alloved or not ?

Hello, CPU temp 40degrees.... there is no overheating 0,77GHz still when i start pc or whatever else, it happens 3 days ago by no reason.

Go to power options in the control panel. Switch the power savings to balanced if it is on power savings.

Im at High performance powe plain, edited to most performance.

BTW...Once your done testing, I suggest going back to the balanced plan. High performance basically wastes energy for practically 1-2% extra performance.
