Xeon E5620+Rampage II Gene still worth?

I'm going to use it mainly for gaming, some video rendering also.

I'm selling my M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 + Phenom II X4 B50 (unlocked Athlon) and buying this one for ~$190 (600 BRL).

I'm going to pair it with a Gigabyte GTX 550Ti and 6GB regular RAM.

It's slow, worse than a pentium from the same year, look at the single thread performance, the 2500k also from the same year, and still a pretty good gaming CPU has 80% better single threaded performance, and that's what games care about the most:

I understand but currently it's what I can afford.
Also, it overclocks (through BLCK) in a very nice way, up to 4GHz stable w/ 1.35v.
PS: the value I said above is in reference to the kit (cpu+mobo)

Not all chips are made equal, you'd have to get lucky to OC it that high.

And it's only as good as a i7-930, which isn't very good anymore.
