HELP TO FIX 0Xc00007b ITS KILLING ME

HI HOPE UR GOOD EVERYONE

i am with widows 10 64 bit
i am struggle with this problem 0xc00007b
i try to reinstall c++ direct x and net freamwork
nothing happend same issue
try to do virus scan
and nothing happend
is there any fix to this problem

Open command prompt as admin and run

sfc /scannow

This checks integrity of Windows and then reboot.
