Problems With Youtube

While watching videos on youtube after trying to skip past a part of a video it will freeze up then crash my browser. So to fix it I turned off hardware acceleration which worked but, it causes major screen tearing. Any fixes for this? My graphics drivers are up to date. I'm using chrome but it does this for other browsers too. Also i'm starting to have artifacting in youtube videos.

Specs: core i5 6600k, Gtx 1070, 16gb ram.

Did you try Uninstalling and Reinstalling Flash. May be your cache meomry and temp files are full. Try clearing your cookies & temp files.
