Will an evga gtx 1060 sc 6gb fit on my Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2H Micro ATX Motherboard

I own a Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2H Micro ATX Motherboard and i would like to purchase an Evga gtx 1060 sc 6gb GRAPHICS CARD.
Is it compatible?
Also the my motherboard only has Pcie 2.0 x16 and the gpu i want is pcie 3.0 x16 will it make a difference?
And what power supply will the following require:
i7 4770
gtx 1060
1TB hdd
8gb ddr3
???????

everything is fine, the version of pcie doesn't keep them from being compatible.
